TRAINING SPECIALIST

Role Purpose
To provide support to the Training & Development unit at Nesma & Partners, by identifying training needs, designing, and delivering training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness, in support of cultivating programs that align with the organization’s strategic objectives, and in Kingdom regulatory frameworks.
Key Accountabilities
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
- Follow all relevant Human Resources processes, policies, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Demonstrate compliance to t he organization’s values and ethics at all times to support the establishment of a value drive culture within the organization.
Key Accountabilities
Training Operations
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions and orientation, which includes, document preparation (manuals, worksheets, questionnaires, and other support material), personnel & equipment allocation, and location appointment, to facilitate learning.
- Schedule and communicate training session location and requirements to all participants, ensuring the relevant and meticulous transfer of information prior to its commencement.
- Maintain a succinct database of all training courses and corresponding participants, to assure effective data management and storage.
- Produce and distribute training certificates upon completion, to ensure attendees are provided with records of their participation.
- Assist in the consolidation of the annual training budget, to identify Nesma & Partners' future capabilities and needs.
- Support KPI development and delivery by overseeing human resources information systems and daily procedures.
- Evaluate and report on the ROI of trainings to track progress and identify paint points and potential areas of improvement.

- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) Management
- Conduct all activities in a safe and environmentally responsible manner in compliance with internal policies and guidelines.
Reporting
Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet department requirements, policies, and quality standards.

Technical Essential
Education/Certification
- Bachelors in Business Administration, or any other related field.
Experience
- 4 years’ related experience in roles within similar positions.

Techical Preferred
Education/Certification
- Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related field.
- Society Human Resources Management - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), or similar certifications.
Experience
- Experience in the EPC industry.
