Role Purpose
To coordinate and control all security shift supervisors assigned under your leadership and assist them in order to maintain safety and security of the project personnel as well as the project premises in line with the standard policies of the company and the clients.
Key Accountabilities
Operational Direction
- Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry for protecting company assets and information.
- Regular patrols and inspections help identify potential security vulnerabilities, enabling the implementation of additional security measures to enhance protection.
- Obtain help by sounding alarms so individuals can quickly call for help in emergency situations, ensuring a rapid response from security personnel, medical teams, or authorities.
- Visible security presence, such as patrolling personnel, reporting irregularities to reduce the likelihood of security breaches.
- Monitor surveillance equipment in order to allow security personnel to detect and respond promptly to any suspicious activities or incidents in all Nesma & Partners projects.
- Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interview witnesses; obtain signatures for increasing the chances of mitigating risks and minimizing potential damages.
- Maintain organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements and implementing efficient processes to achieve seamless workflow.

- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; follow manufacturer's instructions; troubleshoot malfunctions; call for repairs; evaluate new equipment and techniques that enable early detection of security threats, allowing for timely interventions and minimizing potential damage.
- Prevent unauthorized persons/vehicles from entering or leaving the site by inspecting bags, parcels, baskets, etc. in order to maintain discipline within the premises, creating a safe and professional work environment.
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises allowing for timely preventive measures.
- Arrange and control the traffic flow inside the site perimeters to minimize the risk of accidents and collisions.
- Manage traffic to accommodate increased vehicle volume and ensure the safety of event attendees.
- Ensure the team complies with Nesma and Partners values, policies, processes, and systems, leading to effective job performance.

Education/Certification
- High School/Vocational Diploma or equivalent.
Experience
- 2-4 years related experience in roles within similar operations.
