Role Purpose
To plan, monitor and report all time-related and cost related issues affecting project at hand in order to ensure timely and effective project workflow and increase manpower and equipment efficiency to cut down on cost and time.
Key Accountabilities
Planning

Create detailed project plans that outline tasks, activities, milestones, and deadlines. These plans serve as a roadmap for the project's execution.

Develop project schedules using tools like Gantt charts, Critical Path Method (CPM), and other scheduling techniques. These schedules help identify the critical tasks that must be completed on time to prevent project delays.

Estimate the resources (human, equipment, materials) needed for each project phase and allocating them efficiently to ensure smooth progress.

Track the actual progress of tasks against the planned schedule, including regular update of the project schedule, identifying any deviations, and taking corrective actions as needed.

Effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management, to keep them informed about project progress, changes, and any potential delays.

Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, or resources and evaluate their potential impact on the overall project.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including schedules, reports, and other relevant records.

Analyze completed projects to identify areas for improvement in the planning and execution processes, and applying lessons learned to future projects.

Reporting
- Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet requirements, policies, and quality standards.

Technical Essential
Education/Certification
- Bachelors in Engineering, or any other related field.
Experience
- 0-4 years’ related experience in roles within similar positions.

Techical Preferred
Education/Certification
- Masters in Engineering, or any other related field.
