Role Purpose
To transport safely passengers or goods to designated locations in a timely and efficient manner using light, medium and heavy-duty vehicles, or equipment.
Key Accountabilities
Operational Direction
- Operate safely the assigned vehicle to pick-up or drop-off employees or transport goods to designated locations while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations so that fosters a positive reputation and strengthens relationships.
- Follow traffic rules and regulations, maintain the vehicle's condition, and ensure the safety and comfort of passengers or cargo during transportation to prevent accidents, injuries, and fatalities.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, or customers to provide updates on transportation status and address any issues or changes in plans and coordinate emergency response teams or provide necessary support.
- Deliver important documents to required destination and ensure that all deliveries have been signed and delivered to the correct recipient.
- Ensure timely arrival and departure as per the assigned schedule to meet delivery or pickup deadlines since it helps maintain smooth and organized services.

- Follow all relevant PMV processes, policies, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Demonstrate compliance with the organization’s values and ethics at all times to support the establishment of a value drive culture within the organization.

- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.

- Conduct all activities in a safe and environmentally responsible manner in compliance with internal policies and guidelines.
Reporting
- Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet PMV requirements, policies, and quality standards.

Technical Essential
Education/Certification
- High School/Vocational Diploma or equivalent.
- Driving License.
Experience
- 0-2 years’ related experience in roles within similar positions.
